We have reserved rooms for ESPO delegates at the three onsite hotels (one booked out as of 25.02.2025).  These rooms can be booked directly with the hotels using promotional codes below.

Stuttgart city centre is just 27 minutes away, making it easy to stay in the heart of the city while attending ESPO 2025. Connection to the ICS is via the S-Bahn lines S2 and S3, running every 15 minutes and operating almost around the clock. The ICS stop is an 8-minute walk from the ICS entrance.

Alternatively, the U6 light rail line offers a quick route, with a stop just 6 minutes from the ICS entrance and departures every 10 minutes.

With these convenient transport options, you can book accommodation in the city centre without worrying about a long commute, leaving you time to explore Stuttgart’s wonderful sights.

When you book hotel accommodation through the Stuttgart Marketing Bureau in one of its partner hotels, you receive a free ticket for the regional public transport network (VVS).

 

Rooms and rates are guaranteed until 3rd April 2025, so it is advisable to book accommodation early. After this date it may not be possible to book rooms at these rates for these hotels. These exclusive rates are only available when booked via this link.​​​​
